Admin Dashboard - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TIRust Admin Dashboard (“Dashboard”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Dashboard is restricted to authorized staff members only. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Authorized Users

2.1 Staff Roles

Access to the Dashboard is granted based on Discord role assignments:

• PUBLIC: No dashboard access (public leaderboard only)
• MODERATOR: Dashboard, player search, moderation panel (bans, kicks, watchlist)
• ADMIN: All Moderator access + RCON console access
• OWNER: Full access including dangerous RCON commands

2.2 Authorization

• You must be officially designated as a staff member by TIRust ownership
• Your Discord account must be linked to your staff role
• Access may be revoked at any time without notice

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 General Conduct

When using the Dashboard, you agree to:

• Use the Dashboard solely for legitimate TIRust server management purposes
• Not share your login credentials or access with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable security features
• Not use the Dashboard for personal gain or competitive advantage
• Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs immediately

3.2 Data Access and Privacy

• You have access to player data including Steam IDs, usernames, statistics, and session history
• This data is confidential and must not be shared publicly
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Personal player information must not be used for harassment, doxxing, or malicious purposes

3.3 Prohibited Actions

• Accessing or modifying data you are not authorized to view
• Using RCON commands to give yourself or friends unfair advantages
• Creating or deleting moderation records without proper justification
• Abusing ban, kick, or mute powers for personal reasons
• Accessing the Dashboard from shared, public, or insecure networks
• Scraping, downloading, or exporting bulk player data without authorization

4. Feature-Specific Terms

4.1 RCON Console (ADMIN/OWNER Only)

Command Restrictions: All commands are logged and audited. Blacklisted commands (quit, server.stop) are never permitted. Dangerous commands (restart, save) require OWNER permission.

4.2 Moderation Panel (MODERATOR+)

• Bans must include a clear, valid reason
• Duration must be proportionate to the offense
• Global bans (all servers) should only be used for serious offenses
• All actions are logged with moderator information and cannot be deleted
